Emma started baking for the neighborhood almost by accident — a birthday cake for a friend on Marsh Grass Lane that ended up on three other tables that same month.
Two years later, her weekend orders fill up by Wednesday. Everything is made from her own kitchen, right here in Carolina Park.
I never advertised. It was all neighbors telling neighbors — this site just makes that easier.
