Who runs this site

Carolina Park Life is operated by C Highland Advisory, LLC and powered by Workforce Wave. It is an independent community site, not officially affiliated with the Carolina Park HOA.

What we collect

• Your email — for passwordless sign-in (a one-tap magic link). No password is ever created or stored.
• Your home address — used once, to verify Carolina Park residency and to enforce one vote per household.
• What you submit — the recommendations, notes, and private feedback you choose to add.
• Limited technical data — basic, privacy-respecting usage analytics to keep the site working.

Why we collect it

Only to run the site: to sign you in, to confirm you're a resident so your vote carries weight, and to keep the vendor list trustworthy and fresh.

The Facebook group access word

The rotating access word from the private Carolina Park Facebook group is used only to confirm your membership at the moment you verify. It is not tied to your public activity.

How private feedback is handled

Private feedback is exactly that — private. It is reviewed by a moderator and may be shared with the business it concerns so they can improve. It is anonymized by default and is never displayed publicly. See our etiquette guidelines.

What we never do

• We never sell or rent your personal information.
• We never display public downvotes or negative ratings.
• We never let payment or sponsorship influence recommendations.

Cookies & sessions

We use a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in and lightweight analytics to understand what's useful. We don't use advertising trackers.

Retention & your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time. Email hello@carolinaparklife.com and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site is intended for adult residents and is not directed to children under 13.
